The room was fairly basic but clean and well presented. Certainly no complaints. The breakfast was really good although no hot food, which didn't bother me. The staff were exceptional and really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a lovely large room with a comfortable chair and an extra small table. Superb for my husband who is disabled. Breakfast was good with fresh food and a reasonable choice.

Friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, swimming pool. There is sauna but we were too late in time check it out , was closed. We were on road bike trip so from the train station was fast to get to it.

Lovely family run hotel slap bang in the middle of Thonon. We used it as an overnight stop on our way to Morzine (you’re about 45 minutes away). Make sure you book the dinner in advance as it’s a lovely popular restaurant used by locals so gets fully booked.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Secure underground parking. A short walk to the town centre. Lovely breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

- Breakfast was AMAZING. Every morning you are greeted with a big smile from one of the ladies of the hotel who also offerend to bring boiled eggs. You could sit outside which was also super nice! - We had a big room, we were with 2 + dog, but there was space for 3 more people. - Parking was fine too. Always had a spot on the premises. - Love the swimming pool and workout area.

The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

Everything. This is obviously a hotel run by people who care that their guests should have a good stay. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
